You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- unwashed
- in their original packaging

You will be asked to:
- select the item you want to return
- choose the reason for the return
- choose between a refund or an exchange
The system will then provide the correct return instructions.
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the return shipping will be covered by ninesquared.
After submitting your request through the return tool:
- you will receive a return form (PDF)
- the courier will provide the shipping label and pickup instructions
Please follow the instructions provided to complete the return.
If the return is due to:
- wrong size selected
- change of mind
- product no longer needed
the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
You can return the package using any shipping carrier.
We recommend the following steps:
- Repack the product securely, preferably in the original packaging.
- Include your order number inside the package.
- Use a tracked shipping service.
- Send the package to the return address provided in the return tool.
You can either:
- schedule a pickup on the courier’s website
- or drop the package at a local shipping point near you.
Using tracked shipping helps ensure your return arrives safely
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days after the product is received.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you need a different size or product, you have two options.
Option 1 – Standard exchange
Request an exchange through the return tool. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement product.
Option 2 – Faster solution
If you need the new item quickly, we recommend:
- requesting a return and refund
- placing a new order immediately
This allows the new item to be shipped without waiting for the return process.
Items that have been:
- used
- washed
- damaged after delivery
may not be eligible for return.
